
It may be winter, but preparation is beginning for the upcoming watershed season in the Northwest.
The Lesser Slave Watershed Council getting ready for the 2025 year, with optimism on some big events that are happening in the region.
One event being taken part in is the Water Management in Alberta’s Boreal, happening later next month in Grande Prairie.
The three Councils and Alliances in the area are working together to gain knowledge and discuss the future of habitats in the Watershed.
Authorities are looking forward to the topics at-hand, and to the upcoming spring where research, data and collaborations will be collects in the protection of a natural resource.
