“Tough Enough to Talk about it”

With COVID happening over the last couple of years, the business sector was hit hard.

The Agriculture Industry was hit harder, as workers deal with COVID and Mother Nature.

It can take a toll on one’s mental state.

This week, the Industry asks, “Are you Tough Enough to Talk about it?”

Tracy Golnick is the Program Coordinator of the Resource Centre for Suicide Prevention, based in Grande Prairie.

She talks about the Ag. Industry being tough, especially after COVID, how much we need to talk, feedback, and the upcoming webinar.
