- High Level RCMP have arrested two and are looking for four more in a shooting on Highway 58.
Last Thursday, a man was shot while driving, and received non-life threatening injuries. The shooting was targeted, but the target was the wrong vehicle. - Stolen vehicle investigations have led to the arrest of two people by Faust RCMP and Lakeshore Regional Police.
On Saturday, a patrol in the Hamlet, attempted a traffic stop, but the vehicle fled to Joussard, and after attempting to ram police vehicles, the suspects escaped.
On Monday, the suspects were found in Driftpile, where they were arrested. - Peace Regional Police are searching for a suspect in an attempted B&E to a business on 100th Street, early Tuesday morning.
Surveillance found the suspect attempted to kick the back door in, but gave up and cycled away. - They are celebrating 10 years of business in the Peace Country.

Peace River Adventures offers jet-boat tours, paddle equipment rentals, guided hiking excursions, and river-based events in the summer and fall. - Today is the last day for youth to register for Lemonade Day in the Peace Country.

- The sunshine reappears this afternoon in the Northwest, just in time for the long weekend. Highs are in the mid teens, with lows tonight just above freezing.
