The Weaver Peace River Gold Cup Jet Boat Racing Championship went over the weekend.
Gordon Humphrey of Fort St. John and Felix Bergeron of St. Isidore took first place overall after leg four with their boat, named Unnatural Disaster.
In second place was Peace River’s own Darren Weaver, who drove his boat, Miss Ede, across the finish line.
Spectators got to take in the race itself, as it went alongside the Peacefest celebrations happening this year.
