The Peace River and District Chamber of Commerce is postponing several events in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
The chamber announced that all networking events and monthly lunches are cancelled through May 28.
The general membership meeting, scheduled for June 3, is still on but that could change depending on the situation at the time.
The spring trade show that was schedule for April 18 and 19 have been moved to June, but no date has been set as of yet.
The chamber’s office in Peace River is closed to the public for the time being, but staff members are available to take phone calls and respond to e-mails.
