It’s a gathering of empowerment for women in the farming community.
The Northern Women in Ag. Conference is getting set to go February 20th and 21st at the Dunvegan Inn and Suites in Fairview.
It’s a two-day event that features guest and keynote speakers, a Ladies Calving Clinic, female-based vendors, plus door prizes, lunch and supper.
The Peace Country Beef and Forage Association is calling the event a way of empowering women in Agriculture through eduacation and support.
The Association also refers to the conference as one of their biggest events of their calendar year, and are very optimistic for a good show, and a good turnout.
