The smoke in Peace River is caused by fires from throughout the region. No fire is currently a threat to the Town. We continue to monitor the situation and plan for evolving circumstances, and are prepared to respond and help if needed.

The Fire Ban and OHV Restrictions remain in place. Please follow them, and dispose of cigarettes responsibly. Use extreme caution as wildfires continue to burn in the region.
