A joint venture agreement has been reached between NeoLithica and LiEP Resources, to produce 20,000 tonnes of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent.
The Peace River Project, which NeoLithica develops, encompasses over 1,000 square miles of aquifers between Peace River and Grande Prairie.
The Demonstration Pilot is scheduled to start in 2024.
The project will produce battery-grade Lithium Carbonate at 99.5% purity.
At the conclusion, further studies for final investment decisions to construct, equip and operate a commercial battery-grade operation, will be made.
