The results are in!
In the last Trending 55 Newsroom Poll of the Week, we asked if you felt that sports leagues should have a shortened season, or plan for the following year.
In all, there were 86 votes and 66 of you are in favour of starting next year, which comes out to just under 77 percent.
Major League Baseball started last week, and the NHL and NBA plan to start on Friday.
This week, we are asking about the football team formerly known as the Edmonton Eskimos, which retired the old name last week.
