Female hockey players and coaches will have a chance to learn from some role models this weekend as part of Hockey Alberta’s Female Hockey Day.
The day normally has events taking place in different communities across the province, but because of the pandemic, all the events this year will happen virtually.
We spoke to Kendall Newell, Hockey Alberta’s manager of female hockey, about what all will be taking place this weekend.
