Hockey Alberta Focusing On Skill Development

While the regular seasons for minor hockey may have ended early, there may be an opportunity for young players to get in some skill development.

The CEO of Hockey Alberta, Rob Litwinski, says while the current restrictions made having regular league games unable to happen, local minor hockey groups can still find other ways to get players on the ice.

He says there will be some challenges for doing a “development season”, like being patient for more restrictions getting lifted and the availability of ice in different facilities in the springtime.
