Here’s your chance to tell us how we are doing!

The Town of High Level is running a Community Needs Assessment Survey in order to engage with the community. Your thoughts and opinions on how the Town is doing in terms of providing services and dealing with community issues are greatly appreciated.

The survey asks more than 70 multiple choice and short answer questions on a wide range of topics covering all major departments in the Town of High Level. There are questions on community services, events, and needs; operational questions on Town maintenance and infrastructure initiatives; economic development questions on the shopping habits of local residents, and emergency services questions on the types of activities the fire department engages in as well as local knowledge on FireSmart activities.

We’d also like to hear from you on matters pertaining to how the Town communicates with the public and even how you receive and pay your taxes and utilities!

The survey is expected to take about 25 minutes to complete and will inform all types of municipal decision making in the future. The project is a Council initiative as part of the Town’s Strategic Planning.

Copies of the survey are available at the Town office and on the Town’s website in digital form. Additionally, watch out for copies of it at Town events now and moving forward into the fall.

Local residents who fill out the survey will have an opportunity to enter one of four draws for a $150 local gift card!

The survey is designed as a fillable PDF, and can be accessed by:

  1. Download the survey.
  2. Fill it out to the best of your ability.
  3. Don’t forget to save!
  4. When completed, please email the survey to fcssleader@highlevel.ca.

That’s all there is to it!
