Harvest safety a big priority (Lyree Williamson)

With Fall right around the corner, farmers will begin to start thinking about the Harvest season, if it hasn’t started already.

However, officials are hoping that this year’s Harvest does not produce any casualties, in addition to the gathering of the crop.

The Canadian Agricultural Injury Reporting program reports that 13% of farm fatalities, are traffic related.

So, safety is the biggest concern, when heading into Harvest.
