The first stop on the KIX FM/River Country Golf Tour makes its way to Lakeside Golf and Country Club located near Eaglesham on July 8, 2021. I spoke with Tournament Chairperson Duncan Finlayson about all the good stuff the course has to offer.
When asked about events, Finlayson mentions the course has already started running men, women, and couples nights every week offering discounted green fees and a fun time. Finlayson notes on Saturday July 24, 2021 the course is hosting a popular couples modified scotchball tournament and spots fill up quickly.
The course has a full service clubhouse and lounge along with an outdoor deck for dining. Finlay says all the food is excellent and he likes to order the daily specials the kitchen whips up as there is always variety.
