The RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating what it calls a suspicious death in the Town of Fairview.
The Fairview Detachment got a 911 call just before 4:30 on Friday morning of an injured male at a residence within town.
The Major Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation and the Mounties believe there is no danger to the public.
Officers also believe this is an isolated incident and say more information will be provided as it becomes available.
