The Northwest Junior Hockey League is in full swing in the semi-final round. The North Peace Hockey League Final is now underway. The Peace Country Female Hockey League is in the stages of making up games to complete their schedules; Games are expected to be complete in a couple of weeks. Hockey Alberta and hosts are getting set for the 2020 Hockey Alberta Provincial Championships this month, and the Alberta Pond Hockey Championships also happens this weekend at Lac Cardinal, just outside of Grimshaw.
