In the North Zone, there are 3,446 cases of COVID-19 and 44 people have passed away.

There are currently 805 active cases in our zone with 40 in the MD of Greenview, 24 in the MD of Peace, seven in Mackenzie County, five in the MD of Fairview, while all other jurisdictions in our area have four active cases or less.

AHS is reporting that 36,582 people have recovered from the virus.

This means that there are currently 13,719 active cases across Alberta.

To help slow spread or ease fear of catching COVID-19, the government recommends washing your hands for at least 20 seconds, and to avoid touching the face.

It is also recommended you wear a mask if social distancing is not possible.
