Covid-19 outreach immunization clinic in Kinuso and Falher

First and second dose appointments will be provided in Kinuso and Falher at Covid-19 outreach immunization clinics.

Alberta Health Services encourages everyone over the age of 12 that has not received either their first or second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine to visit the upcoming clinics in the communities.

Kinuso will have an outreach clinic on July 28, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kinuso Community Health Services on 40 Centre Street for both drop-in and booked appointments.

Falher will have an outreach clinic on August 3, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Falher Community Health Services in the Provincial Building on Main Street for both drop-in and booked appointments.

Both of the clinics will be taking walk-ins, appointments can be made by clicking here.

Those attending the clinics are asked to bring their Alberta Health Care card if they have one, along with photo ID. Youth born between 2004-2009 are requested to bring a parental consent form or to provide staff with a parent/guardian phone number to obtain consent if they are unable to be there with them physically.

People will need to wear and face mask and use hand sanitizer when attending the immunization clinic as well.
