Alberta Justice has withdrawn all charges against Reba Lynn Noskiye, a Trout Lake resident, in connection with the October 12, 2025, fire that destroyed a public works building in Loon Lake.
Noskiye had faced charges including causing damage to a structure by fire, break and enter, and mischief over $5,000.
The charges were officially withdrawn on February 3 in Red Earth Creek court.
