An estimated three-quarters-of-a-million students are heading back to class this morning, after a three-week work stoppage.
Each Division in the Peace Region has sent letters to parents, and have published those letters on Facebook, regarding the transition back into the Classroom, and back into school routine.
The Peace River, High Prairie, Fort Vermilion, and Northland School Divisions, as well as the Holy Family Catholic Regional Division, and Conseil Scolaire du Nord-Ouest are also working to adjust calendars for the school year.
School busses are also runing on schedule on this first day back.
This is the first day of class since October 3rd.
