On October 8, 2025, at approximately 10:52 a.m., Parkland RCMP received a report of a stolen vehicle from Grande Prairie entering their jurisdiction.
Officers, along with the Integrated Gang Enforcement team, located the vehicle at a gas station in Gunn and conducted a traffic stop.
Two female occupants were taken into custody without incident.
A female youth was arrested for possession property obtained by crime and subsequently released.
A 27-year-old resident of Gift Lake Métis Settlement faces pending charges for possession of property obtained by crime and has been released with a court date set for December 10, 2025, at the Alberta Court of Justice in St. Albert.
