Beginning October 1, 2025, Integrated Municipal Support (IMS), headquartered in Grande Prairie, will provide contracted bylaw services for the Town of Valleyview for a one-year term.
Services will be available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a dedicated officer ensuring compliance with town bylaws, responding to public concerns, and supporting day-to-day community standards.
In addition to enforcement duties, the officer will serve as a positive point of contact for residents and businesses, assisting with inquiries, resolving minor disputes, and providing education on town bylaws.
IMS will also hold quarterly public information sessions within Valleyview to provide updates, answer questions, and educate the community about bylaws and municipal services.
This partnership reflects the Town’s commitment to enhancing public safety and community reassurance while providing professional, dependable service delivery.
