Harvest season is continuing in the Peace Region ahead of schedule.
Harvest is reported to be 7% done, which is ahead of schedule.
Specifically, Dry Peas is at 28%, Barley is at 14%, Spring Wheat is at 8%, and Oats is at 7%.
Canola is just getting started.
Sub-surface moisture is at 55% in Good to Excellent condition, up from 51% last week.
