One of two men found responsible for the Grouard Church Fire, now has a warrant out for his arrest.
52 year-old Gerald Kenneth Capot was scheduled for sentencing in June, but his lawyer has withdrawn from the case, and no date can be set because of the warrant.
Capot and Kenneth Randy Ferguson were both charged in connectuion to the fire at the St. Bernard Church in Griouard in May of 2023.
Ferguson was given three months for Break and Enter in the case.
