On May 14, Peace Regional RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious quad entering a property near Township Road 834B.
Community members provided the quad’s location and a photo as it attempted to evade detection.
With this assistance, RCMP located quad and confirmed it stolen.
However, due to public safety concerns over its highway driving behavior, could not pursue it.
The quad originally stolen between May 6 and 7 from a property on 75 Street in Peace River, where suspects damaged doors and took several quads.
RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying the driver, any sightings of the quad, or information related to these incidents.
The investigation is ongoing, and RCMP express gratitude to the community for their help thus far.
