The showing of appreciation for farmers is back for the Harvest season.
The Agriculture Financial Services Corporation is bringing back the Farmer’s Feed Meals in the Field promotion.
It’s a chance for farm workers to take a break from the field during Harvest season in September to relax, have a catered meal from Hines Creek Catering, enjoy the entertainment by Country Artist Jaydee Bixby, and enjoy some fellowship with family and friends.
Last year, the program was introduced for the first time, and it produced over 300 nominations to farm families and organizations.
With the Harvest season right around the corner, and with nominations for 2024 now open, officials are hoping for another successful year at recognizing the farming community.
