Wildfire season started early in the Northwest and some evacuations had to take place.
Evacuating the farm had to be undertaken in 2023 with the fires in the region, but the Alberta Association of Agricultural Societies are gearing up to find help, relief, and a temporary residence for livestock , in case wildfire force farmers to flee.
Ag. Socieities in the Northwest were quite busy in 2023, and the parent organization is being prepared in case 2024 has the same flare-ups.
