For the second time since the Spring, areas in the Peace region had to set up Evacuation Centres.
Residents from the Northwest Territories fled from wildfires last month, some of which were housed in Peace River.
Since the Evacuation Order was lifted, some residents have gone home, but others have remained behind.
Ben Proulx is the Communications Coordinator with the town.
He says the initial process was ready to go.
He also discusses the team effort between jurisdictions, the potential challenges of having the Centre, and the overall execution of the EVAC.
