The Municipal District of Greenview wants to support the next generation.
The MD has applications open for its post-secondary scholarship program, which includes colleges, universities, as well as trades schools.
Students who are going for a four-year university degree can qualify for as much as $2,500 under the program.
Students attending an apprenticeship program, or studying for a two-year college diploma are eligible for up to $1,500.
Council has been setting aside $25,000 a year for the university program, while $15,000 has been earmarked for the college and trades scholarships.
