The Northland School Division No. 61 is seeking public input from the community about the future of Dr. Mary Jackson School.
Back in January, the Board of Trustees approved a notice of motion regarding the possible closing of Dr. Mary Jackson School after a review of low student enrollment.
The school hosted a public meeting in March to understand the reasons why enrollment is down and discuss alternative programming options.
A survey has been initiated to help NSD understand why families are sending their children to other elementary schools, what families like about he school and if any changes should be made at the school.
The survey will be open until Monday April 16, 2018
