The finals matchup is set in the North Peace Hockey League and it pits the top two teams in the regular season against each other with the Dawson Creek Canucks facing the Manning Comets.
Both teams have taken some very different paths to get through the first two rounds of the playoffs. Manning has been dominant with four game sweeps over High Prairie and Grande Prairie. Dawson Creek has had a little more trouble, needing five games in the first round to beat Fort St. John then going all the way to game 7 in the second round against Spirit River.
Dawson Creek has won the Campbell Cup on three previous occasions, the most recent was in 2023, while Manning is trying to snap a long title drought with their only win coming in 1987.
