On March 3, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., Red Earth Creek RCMP responded to a report of an unwanted male who entered a residence and threatened the homeowner with a knife and hammer.
The suspect fled the scene but was later identified and located in Loon River First Nation, Alberta, where he was arrested.
As a result, 49-old Dick Andrew Noskiye of Loon River First Nation been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon and uttering threats.
Noskiye was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Red Earth Creek on March 17, 2026.
