The Town of High Level invites you to the 11th Annual Frostival on February 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Jubilee Park.
This free, all-ages community event features snow and ice sculptures, live ice carving, a snow maze, the Little Chippers Program, hotdogs, and more.
