The Alberta Pond Hockey Championships are re-locating for this year’s event.
The gathering is still happening March 6-8, but the venue is now the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex in Grimshaw.
Unmanageable conditions on Lac Cardinal have cause the decision to be made to move the event.
Both the indoor and outdoor rinks will be busy for the 3-day tournament and Gala, however the amount of teams will be reduced from 36 to 24 teams.
The Men’s and Women’s Division are still present, but the Junior Division is not.
