
It was a weekend to remember for two North West Zone schools as they captured the top spots at the Provincial 1A Girls Volleyball Championship, held November 27 to 29.
Host team Manning Aurora Composite School thrilled the home crowd by securing the gold medal and the provincial title.
Finishing runner up were their regional rivals, Hines Creek Composite School, who claimed the silver medal after an impressive run of their own. The all–North West Zone final showcased the depth of talent in the region and capped off a highly competitive championship weekend.
The results mark a proud moment for both schools and their communities, highlighting a standout year for volleyball in the North West Zone.
