Alberta teachers have now been officially locked out of their jobs, but a rally to support teachers and students is happening in Peace River.
A Walk for Education is happening later on this afternoon in Peace River to speak out against the Job Action taking place.
The March is at 3:30, starting at the Arboretum in the north end, and going to Riverdrive Mall and back.
Participants have been encouraged to wear red, bring signs and make noise in a show of support for teachers and students.
