The Town of Peace River has approved the Northwest School Division’s request to utilize 73rd Ave. for school transportation.
This decision allows students to be picked up and dropped off at the main doors on the north side of École des Quatre-Vents, significantly enhancing their safety and well-being.
The approval is conditional upon the school’s implementation of a comprehensive safety plan and the absence of community complaints.
The active involvement and mobilization of parents were instrumental in achieving this outcome.
