Local Football starts this weekend in the Peace region. The Peace River Prospectors bantam football team plays in Grande Prairie against the Raiders tomorrow.
CFL this weekend… Three games tomorrow, Hamilton is in Montreal, Saskatchewan is in Winnipeg, and Calgary is in Edmonton.
Lots of sunshine is scheduled for Northwest Alberta for this weekend, and into next week. Highs during the day will be in the low to mid 20’s.
Lows at night will be nudging 10 degrees, to make things comfortable at night. At this point, there is a slight chance of showers forecasted for Monday night in the Mackenzie.
