On July 15, 2025, Peace River RCMP responded to an armed robbery at a local residence.
The suspect had fled before officers arrived.
Following an investigation, authorities identified and arrested 37-year-old St. Isidore resident Jayson Ryan Arndt on August 7.
Arndt faces multiple charges, including robbery with a firearm, assault causing bodily harm, and theft of a motor vehicle.
He remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Alberta Court of Justice in Peace River on August 11.
