A development today in the case of multiple residential fires in Fairview, Alberta.
Blake Everett Lee has entered into a peace bond on some charges connected to a series of fires reported on April 25 along 108 Avenue. The peace bond, confirmed by Alberta Justice, carries several conditions but is not an admission of guilt.
Lee was originally charged after Fairview RCMP linked him to multiple fires in the area. He still faces serious charges, including arson for a fraudulent purpose and two counts of arson causing damage.
Lee is scheduled to stand trial on those charges December 11 in Fairview court.
