All charges have been withdrawn against a man involved in a high-risk traffic incident near Gift Lake First Nation.
Evan Anderson had faced charges of flight from a peace officer and dangerous driving after a vehicle sped through a stop sign and into oncoming traffic before stopping near a home in Gift Lake.
The driver fled on foot but was arrested with help from a police dog.
Alberta Justice confirmed the charges were dropped in High Prairie court.
No further details were provided on the decision.
