Construction is officially underway on a new $10.95 million clinic in High Level, set to open in 2027.
The new facility will be directly connected to the Northwest Health Centre via an enclosed corridor, allowing patients seamless access to both services.
The upgraded clinic will be four times larger than the current space, including dedicated pediatrician rooms.
Officials say the expanded capacity is designed not only to improve patient care but also to attract and retain more physicians in the region.
