At the end-of-year ceremony on June 26, Heritage School honored retiring principal Mrs. Nicole Walisser by announcing the creation of the “Nicole Walisser Award” for Athlete of the Year.
This annual award will recognize high school students who exemplify sportsmanship, perseverance, and team spirit—values that Mrs. Walisser championed throughout her educational career.
Each recipient’s name will be engraved on a trophy bearing her name, ensuring her legacy continues to inspire future generations.
The school community expressed heartfelt gratitude for Mrs. Walisser’s lasting impact on Heritage School and the Conseil scolaire du Nord-Ouest.
