
Celebrations are happening all day today to ring in Canada’s 158th Birthday.
In Peace River, festivities are happening with Bouncy Castles, Live Entertainment, a Twonie swim, balloon animals, face painting, food trucks, door prizes games and more, are on the agenda.
The event starts at 1pm at the Green Space between the pool and the Baytex Energy Center in the North end.

In Grimshaw, activities include a parade, Bouncy Houses, mini golf, The Tipsy Burro, Open Air market, Food Trucks, Live Music, Children’s Game stations, Glitter Tattoos, a Free Swim, plus more.
The event starts at Noon at the Mile Zero Regional Multiplex.

In McLennan, the day includes O Canada, a BBQ, a guided walk along the trails, face painting, and a Scavenger Hunt, plus other events.
The day starts at 11am at the Museum.
