The Peace River Royals take the win against the Fort McMurray Barons

On Sunday October 14th, the Peace River Royals won 4-3 in their home game against the Fort McMurray Barons.

Honourable mentions for Sunday’s game go to Blake Anderson, who scored 2 goals, as well as, Tanner Lins and Carson Schumann. Mason Ward made 34 saves to bring home the team’s win.

This upcoming weekend, the Royals will be on the road for two away games. On Saturday, they will be in Bonnyville, where they will take on the Lakeland Panthers. On Sunday, they will be visiting Wainwright to play the Polar Kings.

The Royal’s next local game is on Saturday October 28th where they will be in High Prairie to play the defending league champions, the St. Albert Crusaders. The game will be at the Gordon Buchanan Arena at noon.
