Movies Hitting Theatres This Weekend (March 13th)

This weekend we will see a couple movies still get their wide releases despite the Coronavirus, and they are The Hunt and Bloodshot. So there are movies that haven’t been postponed and you can visit the movie theatre for fun this weekend.

This marks the long wait for The Hunt to be released after it was shelved due to a mass shooting in the United States. The Hunt is about twelve strangers wake up in a clearing. They don’t know where they are, or how they got there. They don’t know they’ve been chosen – for a very specific purpose – The Hunt. The film stars Emma Roberts, Hilary Swank, Ethan Suplee and Justin Hartley.

Bloodshot stars Vin Diesel in a movie about “after he and his wife are suddenly assassinated, Marine Ray Garrison (Vin Diesel) is brought back to life by a team of scientists. Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine – Bloodshot. As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he struggles to recall anything from his previous years. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both him and his wife, he breaks out of the facility hellbent on revenge, only to discover that there’s more between what he originally feels and to a conspiracy.” This will be interesting to see Diesel star in a movie outside of Fast and the Furious thought this one shares some element from the Fast and the Furious spinoff Hobbs and Shaw.
