A collaboration between the High Prairie RCMP General Investigation Section and High Prairie RCMP has resulted in several people being arrested on outstanding charges.
On August 2nd and 3rd, after gathering intelligence, the two agencies acted on it, executing 27 warrants and arresting 11 people. They ended up seizing $3600 in form 21 warrants.
One suspect was arrested on the following charges:
- Two counts of Assault with a weapon
- Assault
- Forcible Confinement
- Driving while disqualified
- Uttering threats
The suspect has been remanded into police custody.
