High Prairie Library Blind Date with a Book

Until February 12, check out a “blind date”- a wrapped book to take home and enjoy.

Rules: can’t open package until you get home, you must promise to read at least the first 50 pages and you must fill out the “Rate Your Date” slip contained inside with the book and have it back by February 12th. Completed slips will be entered win a dinner out. If you don’t like the book after the first 50 pages, just return it and choose another if you’d like to “date” again.

Come to the reading room to play with different Wii games, and for those who don’t game they have different colouring techniques.

Tuesdays: Board Games 3:30 – 5:00 pm, max of 20 kids
Bring your favourite game, or choose from their selection

Wednesdays: Lego 3:30 – 5:00 pm, max of 20 kids
Create with Lego. Choose from their challenges or use your imagination.

Thursdays: Crafts 3:30 – 5:00 pm, max of 15 kids
Come have some crafting fun.

Come to reading room for a PG rated movie- free popcorn and juice.
